Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients, including cleaning, meal preparation, and social support.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities, promoting their independence and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
