Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned support specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time role with a view to full-time employment and offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make a lasting impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive operational support to the organization
  • Facilitating recruitment administration including booking travel arrangements, medicals, inductions, personal protective equipment (PPE), mobilisation and onboarding of employees to site
  • General administrative duties and data entry tasks
  • Maintaining asset and equipment registers
  • Assisting with marketing and promotions activities
  • Client contractor reporting
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a small business environment and directly with a business owner
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • A professional and friendly manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong focus on employee and client satisfaction
  • A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable outcomes
  • High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in recruitment administration an advantage
Additional Information
  • This is a 38-hour per week, Monday to Friday role
  • The ideal candidate will have full Australian work rights and be based in Perth, Western Australia
