Asset Management Position

This is a high-profile contract requiring an experienced asset manager to oversee the asset management of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance and governance
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PPM) planning
  • Regularly review maintenance activities
  • Undertake asset register reviews
  • Provide asset management reporting
  • Closely monitor non-compliant items and address gaps
  • Manage variations related to assets, PPM, and locations
  • Enhance asset performance and risk management
  • Conduct audit programs for asset data collection
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in asset management plans and life cycle planning
  • Tertiary-qualified in asset management, building, construction, engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience working in facilities management, building services, or M&E maintenance industry with commercial clients
  • Familiarity with ISO 55001 desirable
  • Professional communication skills and high customer service approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience with CMMS systems
