Asset Management Specialist

The goal of this role is to provide strategic support by ensuring accurate data collection, lifecycle analysis, and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Asset Management Plans: Implement policies and procedures for the effective management of assets.
  • Manage and Analyze Databases: Perform lifecycle and condition assessments to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, GIS, civil engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in municipal finance or engineering, focusing on capital infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in GIS technologies, spatial database modeling, and asset management software.

Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of municipal practices, engineering standards, and legislation. Valid driver's license required.
