You will build upon your onboarding experience, identify quality referrals, and leverage your ability to build and nurture business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in quality conversations with brokers and customers to promote bank products and services and identify customer needs.
- Create and enhance broker loyalty through exceptional service and customer solutions.
- Provide brokers with advice, guidance, and service to match customer needs with bank products.
- Build upon your onboarding experience by identifying opportunities for quality referrals and leads to specialist departments.
- Proactively manage and enhance the retention of existing broker relationships.
