Job Summary

The Associate Credit Portfolio Management role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Capital Structuring, including extracting, preparing, manipulating and analysing data from relevant databases. The successful candidate will produce regular data extracts and reports for various stakeholders across business units on risk-return pricing metrics, liquidity, commitment at offer, Industry sectors.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data from various sources
  • Experience with SAS, SQL, Excel
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tool
  • General knowledge of lending, leasing, contingent liability and derivative products
  • An understanding of risk adjusted return framework is preferred

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of Capital Structuring including but not limited to:
  2. Extract, prepare, manipulate and analyse data from relevant CBA databases
  3. Produce regular data extracts and reports for various stakeholders across business units on risk-return pricing metrics, liquidity, commitment at offer, Industry sectors
  4. Respond to ongoing business requests for specific analytics and reporting in support of strategy development
  5. Assist with Active Portfolio Management activities through loan hold/sale analysis
  6. Assist as needed with specific team priorities relating to capital optimisation and optimising the return on business credit portfolio
  7. Assist with the cost of funding analysis for clients and business portfolio
  8. Continuously improve the data environment that supports analytics and reporting processes
  9. Provide DPX pricing transaction support to business bankers
