Enterprise Risk Strategist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Strategist to actively manage credit risk collection performance and drive business improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective credit policies, as well as producing superior reporting and analysis of business portfolio trends to enhance collection effectiveness, portfolio profitability, and customer experience.

 

The role involves:

  • Conducting research, analysing, and interpreting portfolio performance trends relating to risk strategy and operational execution for Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) and Equipment Finance portfolios.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organisation, including Collections Operational teams and external vendors.
  • Ensuring timely communication of portfolio management and policy changes to frontline staff and stakeholders.
