The role of the Workforce Solutions Specialist is to develop and deliver workforce solutions that support the directorate's goals.
This involves conducting research, analysis, and project delivery focused on improving people outcomes and services within early childhood education and care services for the Department of Education.
The position is based within Workforce Management and reports to the Manager, Early Years Workforce.
The Workforce Solutions Specialist will be responsible for coordinating projects that require engagement and building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers and leaders across the Department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering workforce solutions that meet the needs of the directorate;
- Conducting research and analysis to inform workforce planning and development;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build strong working relationships and achieve common goals;
- Maintaining accurate records and databases to support seamless workforce management outcomes.
Skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, human resources, business);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
