Nurse Advocate for Elderly Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Campbelltown. This permanent morning shift role offers a supportive and professional environment to provide quality aged care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Lead and support care staff across morning shifts, ensuring consistent standards of care.
- Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer medications, manage wound care, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support and mentor Care Workers, ensuring clinical best practices are followed.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for residents and staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care or similar (preferred).
- Strong clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering respectful, person-centred care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
