**About the Role**:
As a Personal Care Worker at **St. Louis Nursing Home**, you will be helping St Louis' residents to live a better-quality life, assisting with daily living activities including all aspects of personal care, and social activities with a focus on keeping clients as involved as possible.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Genuine commitment to the care and respect for the elderly residents
- Previous experience working in an Aged Care facility or other health related role
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player and interpersonal skills

Essentials:

- Reliability and flexibility to work for casual shift hours over a 7-day period
- Covid-19 and Flu Vaccinations and ongoing boosters are a requirement
- National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)

Qualifications / Experience:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Knowledge of compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Our services include supporting clients to live independently in their own homes through Home Care Packages, we provide Respite Services as well as Residential Living at our **Parkside Nursing home**.
