We're growing rapidly and seeking a dynamic, compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis (Monday to Wednesday), across Gawler, the Barossa, and surrounding areas.

About the RoleAs a Care Ambassador (Enrolled Nurse), you'll support our Care Designer by combining clinical care with proactive leadership and genuine engagement with the care team.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care in visits with our clients
- Participate in Caring Consults and First Visits alongside our Care Designer
- Assist the Care Designer in creating and updating individualised care plans
- Monitor and review progress notes to ensure care quality and accuracy
- Ensure continuity and quality of care delivery
- Mentor and support the care team to achieve excellence
- Collaborate with scheduling to ensure the perfect client and caregiver match
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and record keeping for internal and external auditing
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- 3+ years clinical experience across community, acute, aged care, or disability nursing
- Strong clinical skills across areas such as: medication administration, wound care, tracheostomy care, seizure management, enteral feeding, paediatric care, and/or catheter care
- Excellent communication with clients, care and leadership team
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High computer literacy is essential: proficiency in online Client Management Systems and G-Suite applications (G-mail, Chat, Drive, Docs & Sheets)
- Previous experience in a leadership role is highly regarded
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Australian driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
