Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
  • Define feature requirements, create product specifications, facilitate user studies, and manage backlogs
  • Conduct customer interviews, build empathy, and ensure customer needs are met
  • Prioritize initiatives, weigh trade-offs, and manage dependencies
  • Perform market research and analysis
  • Represent the team in cross-functional communication
  • Manage specific features within a product line
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in product management; knowledge of crypto payments is an advantage
  • A data-informed work style with a customer-focused approach
  • A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
  • Experience shipping successful software or financial products at scale
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results
  • Ability to collaborate well with various teams
  • Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts
