Key Institutional Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of an Institutional Sales Manager, responsible for building and managing relationships with institutional clients in the fast-growing crypto & blockchain industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will define and build their clientele in the institution/high-net worth sector, identifying and pitching leads, taking ownership, and leading the sales process. They will have no limits to who their clients are or could potentially be.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to institutional client leads
  • Conduct community outreach activities, attend crypto community gatherings, and meetings to expand and deepen our institutional footprint
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements
  • Propose new crypto institutional offerings
  • Maintain ongoing contact with institutional clients, keep track of client feedback, and recommend product improvements

KPIs we Track:

  • Number of new clients onboarded
  • Volume of client transactions
  • Revenue and profit generated

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales
  • 1+ year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales (Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker)
  • Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking
  • Network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space, including cryptocurrency hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, HFT, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and clients seeking custody solutions
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English
  • Proficiency in English
