Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Associate Director to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. The successful candidate will report directly to the ANZ HR Operations Director and be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business.

About the Role
The Human Resources Associate Director will lead the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the development and execution of the regional People Plan
  • Providing expert HR advice to management on matters related to employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
  • Managing the local HR team, with oversight of offshore HR teams as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a consultancy, engineering, or legal firm environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to HR challenges
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
