PMO Service Manager Job

The role of PMO Service Manager is a critical position in our organization, requiring a skilled professional to deliver P3M services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating reports to support governance, providing training on P3M processes and tools, and supporting senior management in embedding best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain schedules and plans, monitor financials, and provide strategic decision-support;
  • Manage risks, actions, issues, and change registers to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Develop and maintain libraries, registers, and systems to support governance and improve organizational efficiency;
  • Provide education, training, and first-line support on P3M procedures, processes, and tools to enhance employee productivity;
  • Assume the role of service manager for one or more P3M services, driving results-oriented projects forward.
