Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, organising, and participating in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling, as well as AHPRA registration and industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation. They will have the ability to provide preventative occupational health strategies on site with clients in both individual and group settings.

Your responsibilities will include case management of clients on different compensable schemes, income protection, worksite assessments, and workshops. You will also be responsible for providing education and support to clients and employers to promote healthy work practices and prevent injuries.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and stakeholders, including medical professionals, employers, and other rehabilitation providers. You will be required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, and to maintain accurate records of client interactions.
