Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a senior member, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients' goals and mentoring junior therapists.

You'll work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact. Our flexible work environment allows you to manage your caseload tailored to your interests and work from home or our Gold Coast office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, or a generalist mix.
  • Work independently or collaborate with colleagues to achieve client goals.
  • Provide regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
Requirements:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Have current AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • Have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private, or acute settings.
