The role of an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist involves providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological. The goal is to support clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.
This is a diverse role that offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will be part of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Client case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
- Collaborating with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Working with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to facilitate return to work;
- Conducting assessments across Initial Assessments, Worksite Assessments & Vocational Assessments to support individuals in their return to health, work & life goals.

Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy;
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Membership or Full AASW Membership;
- Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
- Fabulous communication and time management skills;
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy;
- A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
