Job Overview

As a Social Media Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing social media creative projects and client relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing, with experience in managing end-to-end social video creative projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop creative strategies that meet their goals.

This role requires strong project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead social media creative projects from briefing through to final delivery
  • Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 6+ years' experience in social media marketing roles within client-side marketing teams, agencies, or media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end social video creative projects
  • A portfolio of past work that demonstrates creative strategy, storytelling, and execution across digital and video platforms
  • Deep understanding of social and digital campaign and platform-native content best-practice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Experience working with marketers in large brands, either client-side or within an agency or media environment
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure with a client service mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and people leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
