About Our Social Media Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead our social media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive engagement, growth, and innovation across multiple social media platforms. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform and optimize our social media strategy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, either in an agency or in-house environment.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to grow channels and create compelling, high-performing content.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, platform features, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
