About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning services team. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to public schools, TAFE colleges, and government buildings across the Central Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all touch points, including taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms, and other areas.
  • Mop, sweep, dust, vacuum, and clean toilets to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Tidy grounds, collect rubbish, and perform leaf blowing duties as needed.
  • Maintain stock supplies and order materials as required.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary; however, good communication and time management skills are essential.
  • An eye for detail and proactive approach to work are highly valued.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Up to 6 weeks' leave entitlements for those working full-time (split shifts).
