Your Role

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure accommodation services meet quality standards.
  • Deliver client support consistent with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based service models.
  • Assist clients in adhering to service guidelines and addressing their primary needs.
  • Support case management tasks, communicate effectively with staff, and provide accurate client information and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a support role, preferably within homelessness or housing services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based service models.
