The Field Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting field operations by dispatching resources and spare parts, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining systems and documentation, and executing minor projects.

  • Coordinate the dispatch of field engineers and spare parts to customer sites in Australia and APAC regions.", "
  • Generate scope of work and support field engineers throughout the dispatch cycle.", "
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.", "
  • Update documentation and systems.", "
  • Execute minor projects ensuring they are completed to customer specification, timeline, and project requirements.", "
  • Monitor spare part levels and coordinate with purchasing teams for replacements.", "
  • Coordinate with 3rd party warehouses for equipment collection, shipping, and receiving.", "
  • Communicate effectively within teams and with clients to identify needs and requirements.", "
  • Generate reports on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), network availability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA).", "
  • Work closely with Sales teams on demand planning and customer project planning.", "
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer care teams on customer resolution.", "

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations and/or project management in remote communications.", "
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.", "
