Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Visitor Services Ambassador.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Mornington Peninsula's tourism products and experiences.
  • Assist visitors in planning their trip, encouraging exploration across the region and visitation during off-peak times.
  • Respond promptly and informatively to incoming phone and online enquiries.
  • Record and refer accommodation booking enquiries to the relevant team in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor, record and collate visitor statistics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or visitor servicing is highly desirable.
  • Able to collect data accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic computer, phone and internet skills are necessary.
  • A warm and friendly personality is essential for this role.
  • Good interpersonal skills with people from all social and ethnic backgrounds are required.
  • Confidence to work independently within a busy and changing team is necessary.
  • Ability to commit to 3 hours per week is expected.
