Senior Strategic Manager

We are seeking a proactive leader to drive the next phase of our strategic development program.

This opportunity will appeal to a strategic manager with deep experience navigating complex projects, infrastructure planning and delivery, and government relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success delivering large-scale urban or infrastructure projects in senior roles, with knowledge of project management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Engage with community stakeholders, government agencies, and industry associations to foster alignment and transparency.
  • Secure approvals and endorsements from statutory authorities and lead project teams to deliver results.
  • Provide strategic oversight for large-scale urban projects from planning through to execution.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including government officials, ministers, regulators, and industry leaders.

A collaborative and composed individual with executive presence, sound judgement, excellent communication skills is required to succeed in this challenging role.
