Job Title: Grid Stability Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of grid stability projects. Your primary focus will be on managing the technical aspects of these projects, including design, engineering, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

\
  • Lead project teams to deliver complex grid stability projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans to ensure successful project outcomes.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements.\
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

\
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a strong background in electrical power systems.\
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the EPC/turnkey power plant industry.\
  • Certified Project Manager from a recognized institution, such as the Australian Institute for Project Management (AIPM).\
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.\
  • Familiarity with international project management standards and best practices.
