Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Complaints Officer.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing and resolving complaints in a fair and respectful manner. You will use your strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document findings clearly, and contribute to a supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing complaints in a health or NGO setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports
  • Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Remain calm under pressure and maintain objectivity throughout complaint handling
