About This OpportunityThis fixed-term position offers a comprehensive range of integrated services, including primary, allied, and specialist health services, early childhood education, and family support programs.
As a Complaints Officer, you will collaborate with stakeholders, document your findings clearly, and help improve complaint processes—all while contributing to a supportive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve complaints within a health or NGO setting.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and document case findings thoroughly.
- Identify opportunities to enhance complaint management systems and escalate high-risk issues appropriately.
- Proven experience managing and resolving complaints within a health or NGO setting.
- Current Blue Card.
- Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%
