About This Opportunity

This fixed-term position offers a comprehensive range of integrated services, including primary, allied, and specialist health services, early childhood education, and family support programs.

As a Complaints Officer, you will collaborate with stakeholders, document your findings clearly, and help improve complaint processes—all while contributing to a supportive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and resolve complaints within a health or NGO setting.
  2. Develop and maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and document case findings thoroughly.
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance complaint management systems and escalate high-risk issues appropriately.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and resolving complaints within a health or NGO setting.
  • Current Blue Card.
