Job Title: Corporate Lawyer - Transactional Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team as a key driver in leading client matters. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless delivery and superior client outcomes, working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years' post-admission experience in corporate or transactional law (private M&A), or a strong commercial background across both practice areas. You will be admitted to practise in Australia and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft concise and impactful communications and legal documentation.

You will play a central figure for our clients, building trusted relationships and upholding our proactive approach. As a member of our Corporate Team, you will work with a range of bluechip clients across various industries, from family office and SMEs to listed entities.

Your responsibilities will include strategically leading and managing client matters, supporting the Associate Director in larger, complex matters, and mentoring junior lawyers to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
