About the JobThis role involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, job modifications advice, rehabilitation counselling, vocational assessments, and ADL assessments.
- Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
- Support needs assessments.
- Full registration with AHPRA or a relevant professional body.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a commitment to quality outcomes.
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance and willingness to travel around North/Northwest region.
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
- Flexible work arrangements (full-time or part-time).
- Remote role with a supportive team of multidisciplinary Allied Health professionals.
