Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We seek a rehabilitation professional to deliver holistic services within workplace rehabilitation.
This role is remote, requiring travel in the North/Northwest region to support clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial needs assessments and provide advice on job modifications.
- Deliver rehabilitation counselling, vocational assessments, ADL assessments, and medical case conferences.
- Support stakeholder liaison, case management services, and client-centered care.
- Full registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in work well-done.
- Current Australian driver's license, vehicle insurance, and willingness to travel.
- Flexible work arrangements (full-time or part-time).
