Job Description

Total Workfit Solutions offers injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation services unique to the Tasmanian community.

This role allows you to deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. You will use your clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services, including:
    • Initial Needs Assessments
    • Workplace Assessments
    • Advice on job modifications
    • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
    • ADL assessments
  • Conduct medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
  • Support needs assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and pride in their work
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance, willing to travel around North/Northwest region
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
