Injury Prevention Specialist

At Total Workfit Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. This role will involve delivering holistic services in workplace rehabilitation and supporting injured workers to recover at work.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a dynamic and supportive team. They will have experience in undertaking Initial Needs Assessments, Workplace Assessments, Advice concerning job modifications, and other related rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to support clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective case management plans
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to facilitate client recovery
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs to meet individual needs
Requirements:
- Full registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle insurance for travel purposes
