About Your Responsibilities:
  1. Provide superior customer service to client teams to ensure a fantastic experience within the office.
  2. Conduct a variety of front of house activities including greeting visitors, registering visitors, answering calls & directing calls.
  3. Perform general clerical duties including ordering office supplies, maintaining the workplace area and ensuring high level of safety standards.
Your Ideal Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a Reception/Front Office role in a corporate office environment.
  2. Strong customer service skills with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with ability to work independently.
  4. Basic skill in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook.
