We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to client teams at a Pharmaceutical client account in Sydney.
About Your Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service to client teams to ensure a fantastic experience within the office.
- Conduct a variety of front of house activities including greeting visitors, registering visitors, answering calls & directing calls.
- Perform general clerical duties including ordering office supplies, maintaining the workplace area and ensuring high level of safety standards.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a Reception/Front Office role in a corporate office environment.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with ability to work independently.
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook.
