**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a Senior Aged Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and feel secure in their environment.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Implementing and maintaining a person-centred model of care, promoting wellness and engagement for residents
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards
  • Optimising funding to support quality care services
  • Providing professional leadership and management to clinical and allied health team members
  • Developing and implementing care plans and conducting assessments
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, and other stakeholders

**Requirements**:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the aged care industry
  • A strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of older people
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications in nursing or a related field
