Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Aged Care, specifically in wound management and clinical documentation.

About the Role

The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for building strong relationships with staff, residents, stakeholders and families. This will involve ensuring compliance with AN-ACC Funding and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

  • Provide guidance and support to the nursing team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in Aged Care.
  • Sound experience in wound management and clinical documentation.
