Community Care Worker/ Disability Support WorkerBlu Health is a trusted recruitment agency supporting a wide range of healthcare services across Australia, including NDIS providers, aged care, disability services, community care, and hospitals.We're currently hiring passionate and dependable Support Workers for casual shifts in the Moreton Bay Region, including suburbs like Deception Bay, Caboolture, Burpengary, Beachmere, Bellmere, Donnybrook, North Lakes, Woody Point, Woodford, and Bongaree.About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you'll make a positive impact by assisting clients with:Personal careDomestic tasksMeal preparationCommunity accessSupport within respite centresYou'll be working across day services and providing in-home support to various clients.What's On Offer$44.59 AM rate plus applicable penalties and allowancesPaid travel time between client visitsReimbursement for kilometres travelled between shiftsFlexible weekday rosters (Monday to Friday), with a minimum of 1-2 shifts per week expectedWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of paid experience in aged care, or a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or DisabilityValid working rights in AustraliaCurrent driver's licenceRegistered, insured, and roadworthy vehicleCurrent Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening CheckValid National Police CheckFirst Aid and CPR certificationProof of current Flu vaccinationCompletion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module - "Quality, Safety and You"Why Join Us?
