We're seeking a results-driven operational leader with extensive experience in managing production, despatch and inventory across multiple product lines.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a clear process-oriented approach, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality standards, and cost control.

This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, to deliver on customer expectations and drive business growth.

We're looking for someone who can create a strong health & safety culture, optimize inventory holdings, and lead continuous improvement projects using LEAN principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily manufacturing operations
  • Orienting inventory holdings and warehousing processes
  • Driving DIFOT, labour efficiency, quality standards, and cost control
  • Leading and coaching a team of over 50 staff members

The successful candidate will be a respectful and engaging leader, comfortable challenging how things have always been done.
