Production Operations Manager Job Description:
The successful applicant will manage production team members, allocate and track tasks, monitor production levels, and assist with training new team members.

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic mid-tier manufacturing company in the building supplies industry.
- Liaise with and report to the production manager to deliver targets and identify efficiencies
- Assist with delivery of training to new team members on safety and production tasks
- Monitor production levels and adjust team tasks and structure as needed
- Allocate and track tasks for production team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a leading hand or team leader in a production or warehouse environment, knowledge of machine operating in a fast-moving consumer goods industry, or an established career in production within manufacturing.
