Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to manage corporate migration law, requiring a strong understanding of Australian immigration laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage skilled visa programs for corporate sponsors;
  • Assist with complex migration matters, including public interest criteria matters, merits reviews, and jurisdictional error;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and solutions to meet client needs;
  • Collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional results;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian immigration laws and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) or equivalent;
  • Admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a solicitor;
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate migration law;
  • Strong understanding of Australian immigration laws and procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
