Strategic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Strategy APJ to lead our strategic development efforts in the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organic and inorganic strategy across Thermo Fisher's businesses in APJ, leveraging equivalent experience as a valuable asset.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Project manage and lead 'special projects' advancing strategic priorities, driving commercial excellence.
  • Develop materials for executive-level forums, such as Board of Directors meetings, showcasing strategic thinking.
  • Identify industry trends and evaluate white space opportunities, driving business growth.
  • Implement commercial excellence roadmap, supporting project teams and driving results.
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial strategy experience within the life science industry.
  • Master's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant professional experience, including strategy and market/financial analysis.
  • Excellent critical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to work with details and the big picture.
  • Strong collaborative and influencing skills.
