About the Role

The Area Sales Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the NSW and QLD regions. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product awareness and adoption among medical practitioners in NSW and QLD.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set business objectives, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team is well-informed and equipped to meet customer needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with medical practitioners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and sales strategies.
