
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administration and coordination support to our leadership team. This role involves providing accurate, efficient, and effective administrative support in various areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leaders to create, prepare, and monitor reports that support operational arrangements and contract actions.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of documents, data entry, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Support timely notifications for operational and corporate meetings.
- Coordinate travel bookings and meetings.
- Support marketing activities and events as required.
You will have exceptional communication skills and experience working within a compliance framework. You will be proficient in using SharePoint, Excel, and Word. An impeccable eye for detail is essential, along with a willingness to undertake relevant clearances.
