Job Description:">

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

">
  • ">
  • Develop and implement a quality management system tailored to the project's specific needs.">
  • Identify and rectify quality management system gaps and instances of duplicated effort to ensure optimal performance.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all testing conducted on site.">
  • Maintain accurate records of Project MDR and ensure traceability throughout the project.">
  • Resolve QA/QC queries in accordance with relevant specifications, standards, management plans, procedures, etc.">
  • Process and close Non-Conformance Reports in a timely manner.">
  • Develop procedures, management plans, ITPs, methodology statements in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards.">
  • Ensure a Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) is available for all welds on the project and arrange for additional WPS development if required.">
  • Inspect structural, mechanical, and piping installations, including material control, flange management, coatings inspections, alignment, and dimensional verifications in accordance with construction drawings and specifications.">
  • Raise NDE requests, coordinate NDE subcontractor personnel, validate and endorse NDE reports.">
  • Publish weld maps, inspection and test reports, field inspection checklists, and other documentation as required by the project's quality management system.">

">Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certificate or equivalent.">
  • Relevant trade qualifications, engineering qualifications, or NDE experience.">
  • Formal auditing or root cause analysis training.">
  • A minimum of 5 years industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a QA/QC role in construction projects.">
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant AS/NZS standards.">
  • Show a proven track record in quality systems, policies, and procedures.">
  • Demonstrate experience in compiling Project Manufacturer's Data Reports (MDR).">
