We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Rigging Supervisor. The successful candidate will have the ability to promote site safety initiatives and procedures, embracing a safe working culture.
The role involves monitoring daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating work crew plant, equipment and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets, safely.
In addition, you will support, coach and effectively communicate with team members to ensure consistent dealings with work crews in all areas, including performance and other matters as they arise.
