Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Business Development Manager, specializing in Franchise and Licensing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the business acumen to be an ambassador for a complex brand.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of opening doors and maintaining them open. They will need to build a network from strength to strength, with excellent communication and team building skills, mentoring the operations team and developing close relationships with all stakeholders.

This Business Development Manager is the barometer of the network and needs to understand all the moving parts of the Recruitment Industry. We're looking for drive and deep market knowledge to enable us to best serve our clients and License holders.

A typical week will include:

Leading negotiations to structure industry-leading economic terms

Partnering closely with senior leadership to draft compelling economic proposals for merchants during the sales process

Consistently improving current systems, processes, and control measures to ensure the success of each and every business in your state.

Selling merchants on the value of partnering with us through revenue share agreements

About you:

You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience

You've worked within or directly with a recruitment agency before

You have a track record of sharing victories and new business conquests across various verticals and challenges

You are a master communicator, diplomat, and negotiator

Your business acumen shines through in all that you do

You are commercially savvy and always thinking of ways to drive growth and improvement

You are high-energy and fearless

You are humble and willing to roll up your sleeves

You are gritty and motivated to succeed
