Franchise Onboarding Specialist

Join us in delivering exceptional English and Math tutoring services to K-12 students. Our unique approach has yielded outstanding results across all our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide new franchise partners through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive support and training for a successful start.
  • Ensure completion of necessary documentation and compliance requirements during the onboarding phase.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and provide ongoing support to address any challenges or concerns.
  • Attend regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Availability to travel to multiple sites across Sydney.
