**Role Dimensions**

The Franchise Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding growth projections through the conversion of franchise opportunities under the Belgravia Health and fitness umbrella. Salary range for this role starts at $90,000 plus super plus commission depending on the strength of sales background, it would also include some interstate travel.

**Personal Attributes**

Reporting to the National Franchise Sales Manager the Franchise Sales Representative has the core responsibility to work with inbound enquiries from initial enquiry through to franchise agreement completion.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Match franchise location opportunities with potential franchisee prospects.
- Follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely responses.
- Ability to identify quality deals that meet the criteria for brand product integrity and franchisee suitability.
- Work to monthly, quarterly and annuals sales targets.
- Maintain sales tracking reports and prepare weekly & monthly updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Experience working in B2B sales is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills are essential
- Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
