Electoral Support Analyst Role

This role provides an opportunity to work in a high-quality service environment, supporting the delivery of electoral services.

The Service Desk team is responsible for providing a range of services and support to staff, working closely with the Service Operations and Management section to ensure effective service delivery.

The Key Responsibilities

The Electoral Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level customer service to users of AEC IT systems.
  • Working effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners at all levels.
  • SUPPORTING the AEC's strategic direction through positive results and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Service Desk manager to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with new skills and technologies to respond positively to change.
