Resort Operations Administrator

The role of Engineering Administrator is a vital one, as it plays a significant part in the smooth operation of our resort. This position involves providing administrative support to the Chief Engineer and the Engineering Department.
Key Responsibilities- Reports directly to the Chief Engineer or delegate.
- Works closely with the entire Engineering Department to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Communicates effectively with staff from other departments as needed.
- Interacts with external contractors and suppliers.
- Purchases department supplies accurately and efficiently.
- Dispatches maintenance requests to engineering staff and follows up on outstanding requests.
- Maintains stationery supplies within the department.
- Filing and documentation procedures are undertaken promptly and efficiently.
- End of Month reporting procedures are completed on behalf of the Chief Engineer.
- Monitors and reports areas for improvement.
- Undertakes project work under the instruction of the Chief Engineer.
- Previous administrative and/or finance experience is essential.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of organization and communication skills, both oral and written.
